The right candidate:
• A player coach who is or has previously played at level 7 or above.
• Ideally would be playing in the backs but have input on all areas of coaching.
• Previous coaching experience not essential.
• Commitment and drive to move the club forward.
• Show a good understanding of the game.
• Hold a level 2 coaching qualification (not essential as this can be gained once appointed).

Key roles:
• Working within the coaching team to plan, deliver and evaluate senior squad coaching sessions and 1st XV games.
• Attending training on Tue & Thu and 1st XV games on a Saturday.

In return:
• We will help with your coaching pathway (financially and mentoring).
• Remuneration based on experience.
