Peter Fletcher, Director of Rugby, announces to the club that Ian Hassall has been reappointed into the role of Club Coaching Coordinator.
The Executive Committee of the club is delighted to announce that Pete Fletcher has been appointed as the new Director of Rugby.
No game at home today
Another busy weekend at the club where we welcome Wharfedale, Morley, Selby and Malton & Norton.
Ripon RUFC has successfully retained the prestigious RFU Club Accreditation status, first awarded in 2013.

A busy Sunday at the Club this week with 3 Junior home games - 11am KO, as well as the Bluebelles vs Leeds Medics at 2pm
Some good home matches this Sunday with a Yorkshire Plate and Cup match kicking off at 11am. The Acadamy also kick off at 1.30pm

Most teams are Away this weekend, but we have the U13s at Home at 11am and the Girls U13, U15 & U18 playing at 2pm.
This weekend most of the Mini Midis are Away, with the Juniors at Home. The Academy play Middlesbrough at Home 1.30pm KO
The club would like to recruit a new Director of Rugby into the vacant role. Closing date for applicants is Noon on Monday 14th January 2019

This week the Mini Midis play Yarnbury, with the U13s & U15s playing Harrogate at Home. Other teams are Away.
This weekend the mini midis are training at Home, U13's play Harrogate and the U15's and Academy play Sheffield at home.
Tonight sees the first game to be played under the club's new match quality floodlights.
Two Yorkshire Cup games at Home on Sunday, the U13's vs Sheffield at 11.05, with the Academy vs West Park Leeds at 1pm

This week the 1st XV are at Home to Roundhegians, with the 2nd XV Away at Heath. Good luck to both sides. 2:15pm KO
This Sunday the Mini Midis are Away at Wetherby, with the Juniors playing Malton & Norton. Academy Away at Driffield.
This Sunday we have a busy day at the club as we welcome Wharfedale & Northallerton. The later kick off are the Girls vs Harrogate at 2pm.

Games against Selby and Morley both Home and Away on Sunday with a Womens Rugby Development festival from 2pm at Ripon

It's great when we get told that one of our homegrown players gets selected for a national club and is playing at a high level.

On Saturday the club formally made a donation to Adam Briggs for the Yorkshire Spinal Unit.
The mini midis are at home training, the U13's play Moortown at Home, U15's away at Wetherby, and the Girls play Old Crocs at Home.
We're looking for a few more volunteers to help on match days as the Officer of the Day.

Last night at the AGM there was special thanks given to John Buckley who has retired from the "Friday Gang"
Last night at the club's AGM we welcomed the new President, Mr Keith Anderson into his new role.
On Saturday the club will the hosting its inaugural Beer Festival that has been months in the planning and should be a brilliant day at the club.
At the AGM on Wednesday 27th June we will carry out the annual election of the Honorary members and Committee members.
You may recall back in September 2016 we asked members to object to the Ripon City Plan that suggested our pitches to be used for housing and a road.
