A chilly but bright day at Keighley RUFC on Sunday 24th February

A great morning out at Keighley RUFC saw Ripon Under 7's have a superb winning streak in all their games.
Under the watchful eye of coaches Graeme Borchard, Richard Baker, Nathan Kite, Paul Feather & Matthew Pearson both teams showed some fabulous passing, ball handling skills, tagging & try scoring.
A supportive turn out from parents, grand parents and friends encouraged both teams - hot coffee was in much needed supply from the clubhouse.

Final scores were
Ripon (1) vs Keighley 6-4 to Ripon
Ripon (1) vs Cleckheaton 5-5
Ripon (2) vs Keighley 6-5 to Ripon
Ripon (2) vs Cleckheaton 6-4 to Ripon

Everyone had a great day & they were most impressed with potato waffles after the match for lunch
