A welcome training session

This weekend saw the U8s enjoy a much needed training session.

Games have come thick and fast since our last training session in September. Match situations are a great way to test skills and we know that the boys love nothing else but a game. However, there is nothing like a training session to focus attention on areas for improvement.

The morning was filled with plenty of drills to challenge the boys. These included; Ladders, Pick and Place and Spinning to name but a few and a new challenge - Crystal Maze. Wrapped up the session with the boys favourite - Sharks and Squids !
