Great workout

Great training session this am.

Weather was perfect to hone skills. Fun warm up with Jonny, followed by drills, focussing on the ruck. Great to see the boys taking the tackle, rolling and presenting the ball with confidence and setting the next attack up. Still plenty to work on but great fun all round.
