As many of you will have noticed preparatory work has commenced on the Tim Wray Stand, in that the new boundary fence and gates have been erected together with a temporary road to protect the pitch and tree roots. A temporary fence has also been erected to separate the working area from the pitch.
All this has been carried out in anticipation of the commencement of the foundations followed on by the erection of the Stand during May.
The car park will be relined after the stand is erected and a one-way system put into place with further details nearer the time. In the meantime, please take care when entering and leaving the car park. Upon completion of the works the car park will be locked when the Club is not being used.
Other improvements will include a new white PVC fence to the perimeter of the 1st XV pitch, the installation of a covered disabled refuge near the clubhouse and the provision of a bike stand for members who wish to cycle to the club and be able to secure their bikes.
