Some of you will know Sam from his time playing at Ripon, starting in the U15’s, and then after university and pursuing his career in hospitality, he returned to Ripon a few years ago to play for the Seniors.

Sam has worked in the hospitality industry for 13 years and has experienced high end 5-star restaurants, as well as working in and managing busy pubs and bars.

Sam said – “This is just the perfect job for me, combining my love of rugby with my love of hospitality. I know I have very big boots to fill as Mike has done a great job over the years. I’m looking forward to continuing to build on the success and carry on pushing the club forward”
