Ripon U13s beat Wetherby 60-7

Another impressive win for Ripon.
A good all round team effort but a stand out performance by Harry Hill, notching up an individual tally of 6 tries and 5 conversions.

The game started quite evenly matched but a lot of handling errors by Ripon kept giving Wetherby possession at the scrum. Midway through the half Ripon were just in front by 2 tries to 1.
Ripon's handling improved through the half and the backs were getting a lot of ball out wide, resulting in another two tries before half time.
Wetherby's pack played well and the forward battle was quite evenly matched but the visiting team backs tired in the second half due to the number of tackles they were having to make.
As a result a flurry of breaks in the last 10 minutes ended in tries.
